Transforming consumer insight with AI
Your research should meet the speed and quality your stakeholders expect. Our platform lets clients and our team 10x their output, driving smarter decisions and faster growth.

Our mission
Our mission is closing the gap between what organisations believe about the public (consumers, voters, citizens) and reality. We call this the “understanding gap”. We believe better understanding of how and why people act and think can help foster a more dynamic, more generous world.

When I was working on campaigns, I was frustrated by how manual research was—slow, inefficient, and clunky. That’s why I started Focaldata: to give researchers superpowers. We want researchers to focus on what they do best—advising clients, designing innovative research, uncovering insights that drive business decisions, and presenting data in a way that truly connects. Everything else, we automate. That’s how we bridge the understanding gap.
